It comes with straps and Velcro loops to secure pre-rigged rescue equipment in the inside compartment. This pack is extra-long (holds 300 ft. of 1/2″ rope). And, like all our S*A*R Packs, the Pre-Rig Backpack uses a narrow profile, semi-stayed internal frame design.
